All articles published in JAES are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without any subscription or payment barriers. Readers worldwide can read, download, share, and cite content without restriction.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)
To promote wide dissemination and equitable access to publishing:
• All APCs are waived until 31 December 2025.
• Authors can publish their work free of charge during this waiver period.
After the waiver period, a reasonable APC may be introduced to support open-access operations. Details will be updated on the journal website.
Archiving and Accessibility
To ensure long-term preservation and access:
• All published content is archived in secure digital repositories.
• Articles are indexed in major academic databases to maximize visibility.
